To enroll your student, please bring the following documents:
-Birth certificate
-Up-to-date immunizations on the TN Department of Health certificate (proof of physical is required for out of state transfers)
-Proof of address
02.
Turn all documents in to the front office for processing. You will be asked to fill out all necessary paperwork before your student can be enrolled.
